I want to have my dog groomed, do I need an appointment?
Yes you do need to make an appointment with one of our stylists. We cannot except walk in's due to our tight schedule.
I am a new client and want to have my dog groomed, what do I need to do?
You need to call us to set up a free consultation between the hours of 11am to 4pm. We can meet and greet you & your pet and talk about the different options.
How old does my puppy need to be for the first grooming?
Puppies need to have their second series of vaccines, which typically is around 12-14 weeks of age. All dogs need to be up to date on vaccinations.
Can I stay with my dog during the grooming process?
No, unfortunately this is not allowed. We work with very sharp scissors in close proximity to your dogs body & face. When a dog senses that mom/dad are near by, they will try to wiggle & jump off the table to get to them. This is very dangerous and could result in an unnessersary injury.
How long will the grooming process take?
The normal grooming session will take approximetly 3-4 hours. Puppies generally take 1-2 hours. However, grooming dogs can be unpredictable. We will always do our very best to minimize your pets stay. Many factors must be taking into consideration such as age, temperament, matted fur, behavior, and the days schedule. groomers schedule

We use high end all natural shampoos & conditioners by Natures Specialties, Tropiclean Spa, Bio-groom, and Quadrapet.
